Got me right in, fixed the problem within an hour and had me back on the road. Then followed up with a thank you text later. The type of customer service you don't see now days. Fast, great and honest service !

Recently purchased a 2018 E400 and took it to these guys to get serviced. I called around to multiple mechanics regarding the car and this shop was the most friendly and knowledgeable. Some initial inconsistency with pricing of specific services, but overall and awesome experience and they have my business.

I highly recommend Jeff’s auto body service. Louie and Jeff truly understand customer service. The Uber service was an added treat.

Bought all my Mercedes at Simonson and went there for all of my service got 20 years until someone recommended the Secret MBZ Garage. I’ve been going there for two years now and never looked back.
