I found Louie to be polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I felt no pressure and comfortable discussing with him those things that needed to be done for safety reasons and those things that could wait a while because there was no danger involved.

Louie and Jeff picked up my vehicle; serviced it and (at my request) had some body work done on it (subbed out) and it looks great. Very convenient and reasonable pricing as well. I'll be back! I came back a year later and had general mtce and overall service done. Appreciate that they communicate and always let me know what is going on.

Edit: Recently got my car back after some maintenance and that car is running better than ever! Original post March 2020: I don't know where to begin.... I look forward to taking my 20 yo car here because I know it will get the exact care it needs. Every mechanic gives you a long list of things to fix, but Jeff's auto worked with me to help me understand what was crucial, what to prioritize, what was secondary, and what the implications of each issue could be if I chose not to address it yet. As a student strapped for cash (or anyone who wants to know exactly what they're getting), it doesn't get better than that!
