I have been coming to Jeff's Mercedes for the last 15 years and they are the best auto mechanic I have ever been to. They always tell me exactly what I need to have done, they do it quickly, and most importantly, their prices are always reasonable...much more so than any auto dealership. I bring all my cars to them, over the years that has meant, in addition to Mercedes, also Honda, BMW, and Subaru. They are the best!

I've been getting my cars serviced at Jeff's for years and they are above all professional and consistent.My car is 15 years old and it needed a few things, some neglected leaks and a new fuel pump.They were able to get it done in a timely manner and now the car runs beautifully... I'll be taking it on a road trip in a few days....

ABOVE AND BEYOND THE STANDARD OF SERVICE. EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY.WOULD PAY AN EXTRA TO HAVE THE CAR WASHED SO IT PERFECT WHEN IT DRIVES OFF THE LOT.

Just the usual great experience with Jeff's. I had some creaking and groaning noises from the front end of my S550. They diagnosed it quickly, got me estimates, provided me options on how much work to do and how much could be put off. They completed the work as requested, and got the car back to me quickly, and it feels and sounds like new! I've had a lot of experience with mechanics in LA and there is nowhere else I would take my Mercedes.

Really nice, professional people and they know what they're doing. A little expensive, but at least you leave knowing your car was taken car of.
