Jeff is the most easy going and personable mechanic you will find. Super easy to schedule - a short phone call to his shop usually gets me an appointment within the same week. On top of easy scheduling he's honest about wait times for my vehicle. I've never waited an extensive amount of time, and on one occasion I needed a rushed service and he managed to make it happen for me. His background in automotive shows - he's always so at-home explaining services to me. And I can't leave out Louie! Louie is always at the front desk. The most absolute personable, helpful, friendly guy possible! Answers all my questions as well. Love the team at Jeff's! (And love all the old big body Benzes sitting in his lot!)
