Jeff and Will are great guys and make sure they take care of you, and pin point the problem!!I took my 1996 Mercedes C220 to 4 other shops and they could not find the problem i was having with my car (no starting when cold, and low idle)All 4 shops charged me just t look at my car and not tell me what the problem was.At Jeff's Mercedes Auto Service they got working on my car and got the problem resolved the first time! They are very honest and trust worthy people.This place is not like other shops that just want to make a quick buck. I NEVER went to a shop that took care of me like Jeff and his crew did.Jeff took his time to tell me what the problem was and advised me on how to drive the car the first 50 miles, I am so happy they fixed my car!I thank you guys and will continue to take my car there for future services.This place truly is the ONE STOP SHOP!

The team was thorough, responsive, and flexible scheduling my appointment. I dropped in the day of and they made room for my car and clearly explained the issue I was having. They fixed my car problem the first time around and provided me with forward looking maintenance schedule. Super helpful.

I can't sing high enough praises for Jeff, Louis and the guys. Lets just say the daily updates, layman's explanations to carspeak, effort to find refurbished parts, receipts emailed to your inbox and just honest customer service with a smile is what keeps me going back. Highly recommend especially if you're a woman who doesn't want to feel duped by your mechanic.

Jeff -Simply put, my recent experience at your shop was excellent. It wemnt exactly as you said it would. I arrived at the precise time you siggested, the young man from the. Company who does your smog-cjecking arrived soon thereafter, my car was back within the hour, the $68 charge seemed reasonable...and it "PASSED"!!! I soon on my way, and back at my office by 10:30...what else could I have wished for? That's why you've been our MBZ service provider for the past 10 years. Keep up the good work...and get a few more of those comfortable chairs for your waiting room...that would be a nice touch.Hank Friedman.

Went in to fix my headlights because they weren't projecting properly for my Mercedes E350. Having a specialty in Mercedes Benz vehicles, they took a professional approach in fixing my car. They used a computer system that connects to my car's computer system and were able to detect what the problem was. Very quick, professional, I was happy about my service.

We are happy to help. Remember: in most cases we can resolve the "light out" light while you wait for no charge. (Tail and brake light bulbs are no charge to our customers)
